Survey
Look at the top two cards and arrange any on top and the rest on the bottom.
How it works
Full rule
Look at the top two cards of the deck. Put any number on top in any order and put the rest on the bottom in any order, giving six possible arrangements for two distinct cards.
At the table
Example
Keep both on top in either order, split one top and one bottom in either assignment, or put both on bottom in either order.

Common mistake
Survey does not draw the cards and does not require exactly one card on top.
