Victory
Defeat every opposing Warlord while keeping a Warlord under your control.
How it works
Full rule
A player loses as soon as they do not control a Warlord character. The last player controlling a Warlord in play wins, unless a card effect ends the game first.
At the table
Example
If the opposing Warlord dies and no replacement Warlord is controlled, that opponent loses immediately.
Watch for this
Common mistake
A Warlord printed on a character that enters during the game normally loses that designation; it does not automatically prevent defeat.
