What rule am I learning?
A normal starting army has three level 1 characters in rank 1, two level 2s in rank 2, and one Warlord in rank 3. The other five must share the Warlord’s faction. Unique, Reserved, and card-specific exceptions still apply. All six here are chosen for this exercise.
This arranges a starting army, not a complete deck. Standard Constructed still requires at least 50 cards including the starting army. No Orders or Enter Reacts occur during setup.
