What rule am I learning?
A standard equip Order does not spend the host. The host must not be stunned, must meet class and card restrictions, and its level plus rank in your formation must meet the Item’s level.
Hrun is a level 2 Fighter in rank 2: 2 + 2 = 4, enough for the level 3 Fighter helm. Tunnel Vanguard is only 1 + 1 = 2; the other characters here are Clerics. Equipment rank bonuses do not apply to casting spells. Duplicate names, equip locations, and special card restrictions still matter.
